Hello! Me and my roommate are looking for another roommate to fill our third room! We are looking for girls college aged 20-24! house is 10min away from ualbany ! Lease info: shared utilities(we pay electric and wifi). Off street parking, onsite laundry. Two cats live here, sadly no other animals are allowed. We do not have pictures of the exact room, but landlord offers full furnishing (desk,bed,bed frame) and floors are newly redone hardwood in the room. Room also has dresser and closet. Two half baths.
