About the room
This is a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood that I’ve recently moved into. The available room is 9’ x 11’ in addition to a closet, and there is ample storage space in the basement.
Common areas are lightly furnished with room for you to add furniture and decor of your own; or suggest useful items I can provide that would benefit the house. The basement is large and finished, and includes a washer and dryer.
There is plenty of street parking and a garage; I do not drive, so for an additional $100 a month the garage can be reserved for your vehicle.
About the roomies
I’m 42, generally an ambiverted/introverted nerdy guy–lots of books, movies, games–but I enjoy having friendly housemates to share space and community with. I’ve always chosen to live with other folks. 420 friendly, LGBTQ friendly. So please, tell me something about yourself and your interests so we can see if we’d be a good fit for one another!
Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and cannot accommodate any. I may wish to get a small dog in future, after fencing in the large yard.
I’m looking for at least one other housemate ($700 rent per room, utilities included, and $700 security deposit), and I anticipate that my family will visit and occupy space in the basement from time to time.
