Spare bedroom and living room that I don’t use (not furnished). Shared bathroom and kitchen. No dish washer. Laundry on property. You’d have to get on the lease with the property owner. Also, you need to sign a legally binding contact with me stating that we’re evenly splitting rent, utilities, etc.

I’m a 36 year old single male working at the college. I’m generally tidy and keep to myself in my bedroom. Looking for someone else that is relatively clean keeps to themselves as well (no parties or friends over every single night). I’m looking for a single roommate preferably but open to couples, children, etc.
