It’s a unfurnished private bedroom which has walk-in closet. Utilities included except WiFi. Location is near spring valley hospital. Close to major destinations (LV strip, Allegiant stadium, Chinatown, I-15 freeway 215 freeway, etc. Price listed is for one person only, couples or more will pay extra per person. Serious inquires only. First come first serve basis. There is a pre-application and background check conducted. Room rental is the same process, rules, application as renting from an apartment.

We have 3 cats and 1 dog which are very friendly and loving. Only responsible and drama free type of person. This is a smoke-free home.
