We have an upstairs second floor bedroom available in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family house in the Ingleside District of San Francisco.

Rent is $1,400/month and utilities (water, gas, garbage, electricity, & wifi) is ~ $150/month. The room is available starting August 1st. We’re looking for someone who can commit to a minimum 6+ month lease. Exact move in dates & timing can be flexible for the right person.

Our house is ideal for working professionals, graduate students, or students who enjoy a balance of socializing and privacy. The room shares the bathroom with one other housemate (F) who is a researcher at UCSF in her late 20s. The room is spacious & newly renovated. It’s got a big window and get lots of natural sunlight.

Our house is walking distance to numerous parks, cafes, grocery stores, boba shops, gyms, community centers, and a variety of restaurants and shops. We’re a short drive or bus ride away from Stonestown Mall, San Francisco State University (SFSU), City College (CCSF). There is lots of nearby public transportation including the 29 Sunset Bus, KT Ingleside/Third, and 20 minutes walking will bring you to Balboa Park Bart Station.

Some additional notes: No smoking allowed on the premises.

The last step of the screening process includes a standard background check (credit & criminal). All our housemates have gone through this background check and it helps us to maintain a safe space.

We’re 3 housemates (2 female, 1 male) in our early to mid 20s, all working professionals. We maintain a quiet and clean space to relax, and occasionally host dinner parties, board games, movie nights etc. You’ll be sharing your bathroom with one other female housemate on the 2nd floor of our house. We’re very respectful of each other’s space and privacy. We’re calling in a transparent communicator who is responsible and considerate of others.
