The house is located right off the 215 fwy exit south at the hwy 74 exit. Quiet neighborhood, it is a new community and the house was built in 2023. It’s a fairly small home but very open the room is right by the entrance and restroom is right next to it. House is shared including the back yard and if needed space for storage the garage is also available. Washer and dryer use is also included. Plenty of space to either spend time outside or in the room or living room. Soon to add a workout area that can also be shared.

I live in the home, and that’s about it with the exception of my daughter visiting on weekend. I work away during the week and depending on work load I don’t come home and stay at my other home. I will usually be there weekends and some weekdays to save on travel. I do work remote at times and sometimes for extended periods. I’m a 38 yr old father of one and love working on my cars and being outdoors. Love horror films and enjoy watching tv when I’m free and listening to music mostly EDM, House, Trance but will listen to about anything when hanging outside in the back yard with the occasional drink or two.
