About the room

This apartment is located directly across the street from the beach and just a one-minute walk to Main Street and the Seal Beach Pier—an ideal location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the coast.

The unit is approximetly. 1,100 sq. ft. two-story apartment that includes a private balcony and carport parking as part of the rent. It features a large master bedroom, second bedroom, and a well-designed bathroom with Jack-and-Jill sinks connected by a walk-through (shotgun-style) shower.

The apartment has been recently updated with new kitchen appliances and clean finishes throughout. Most furnishings are included, with flexibility to update or replace items in the common areas if desired, or if you want others in the rooms to stay they can, all up to you.

The lease is currently month-to-month, and I plan to remain long-term, providing stability for the living arrangement. You would need to go through the owner’s approval process to be added to the lease, but she is great to work with.

About the roomies

I’m a 35-year-old professional who is home about half of the time. I come from a healthcare, EMS, and safety background and currently work full-time in higher education, while also working through my graduate/master’s program.

I’m generally a homebody during the week, but I also enjoy getting out to the beach and maintaining an active social life. I’m looking for a professional roommate who understands the balance between work time and downtime, and who is respectful of shared spaces. I like to keep a clean and tidy apartment, so being self-disciplined and respectful of shared spaces is an important quality.

I’m easygoing, sociable, and get along well with others. Ideally looking for someone with a similar mindset and lifestyle.
