The main floor features an inviting living room with a large couch, fireplace, and a TV with surround sound—perfect for unwinding. The upstairs kitchen and living area are bright and open, offering stunning mountain views.

I’m a 43-year-old professional and a veteran who appreciates a balanced, active lifestyle. When I’m not working, I’m usually focused on my art and enjoy being outdoors.

I’m an avid runner and enjoy getting out on the local trails as much as possible. I also help organize community disc golf events, so I stay pretty connected to the local outdoor scene. I also enjoy the Denver nightlife / going to live music. I value a home that is clean, respectful, and relaxed. I’m looking for a roommate who enjoys the mountains and is easygoing but responsible when it comes to shared spaces
