We are looking for a MALE housemate at our house in Lawrenceville. This space is a basement suite with an open floor plan. The space is completely private all behind a keyed locking door. Included with this space is a 10x16 on site storage building.
This space will be available for showing and move in February 1 or 2.
Leases are 90 days and then month-to-month. We handle all lawn care! Common areas are furnished. Private spaces are unfurnished. This house has cable and high speed internet with wifi. Utilities are divided by 3 and are not included in the $580 monthly rent.
About the roomies
