A single-person bedroom is available in a comfy / nice home that is clean and organized. Located behind Edmonds Community College in a secure neighborhood beginning on May 1, 2026

We will have 1 room avail The rent will be from $800 per month

The room is semi furnished (we do NOT provide mattress) and includes shared privilege use of:

Full-size bathroom Kitchen TV Internet WIFI (comcast unlimited upload and download speed) Washer and Dryer Common area will be cleaned bi-weekly by a cleaning person and All utilities (gas, electricity, water, sewage, garbage) PARKING IS AVAILABLE 1 CAR PER ROOM ON SITE.

The room can be available on (minimum 3 months lease) and First month rent, last month rent, and a deposit of $200 refundable deposit & $100 NON refundable will be required on move-in date.

Background check (3rd party check will be required prior to move in)

We are looking for a clean, responsible, respectful, and organize individual.
