About the room
This 3 bed 2 bath home is located just off the beaten path in a quiet residential neighborhood with walking paths, playgrounds, and peace. This area would probably be considered “country”, but it’s a 15 minute drive to San Marcos and 15 minutes to Kyle. The best part about living out here? Being able to see the stars.
Food, essentials (detergents, paper products, drinks, cleaning products, towels, linens. Etc.) are ALL PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT. Free use of in-home washer and dryer, soap is provided.
The room is cozy but comfortable with a dresser, queen size bed, bedside table and lamp, and standard size closet. Keyless entry on front and bedroom door. Carpet flooring in the bed rooms and vinyl floors in the home. Full bathroom located directly across the hall from the bedroom.
About the roomies
My name is Kera, I am 34-years-old, currently employed and trying to return to school. I love being outside, reading, writing, arts and crafts, and cooking. I love to cook for people, it brings me a lot of joy.
BUT the best part are the 2 loveable chihuahuas and 2 cats that are permanent residents in the home! They offer all the love and cuddles you may need on a hard day. They don’t pee on things or tear things up (except the edge of the couch, we can’t have nice things).
