Empty nesters have an available bedroom with walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower for rent in Avon. Flat screen tv with all major streaming services and mini fridge provided in room. Full use of most of home, decks and yard. Heat, a/c and internet included. On site high efficiency washer and dryer. Workout room on premises. Plenty of parking, large yard and gardens with waterfall. Outdoor living area. Very peaceful and quiet. Walk to Farmington River and Farmington river trail. Must love dogs we have two in the home. First month and last month due at move in month to month.

Empty nesters husband and wife. Very easy going, quiet and clean. Both working and very active. We’re very friendly but respectful of privacy and ask the same.
