Two quiet and tidy female medical students looking for 1-2 more female-student roommates in our 4 bed, 4 bath apartment.
Rent is $1,300 split across roommates. For 3 of us, it would be $433 per person. For 4 of us, it would be $325 per person. Utilities are generally around $100 per person.
The apartment comes with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and deck. The common areas are all furnished so all you would need is furniture for your bedroom.
The complex is directly on the Mon river. It has a pool and basketball court as well as a cabana with grills. Parking is off street and included. The 47 bus has a stop directly in front of the apartment.
About the roomies
We are both medical students at WVU. We are very quiet, tidy, and chill roommates!
