About the room
There is a pool, the whole apartment is furnished with a fridge, microwave, washer/dryer in unit, and a dishwasher plus each apartment has a balcony/patio.Along with a fully furnished living room with a couch, coffee table, entertainment stand, and side tables. The bedroom comes with a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, dresser,and nightstand. There is a bathtub and the unit is on the first floor. There is even a workout area accessible at all hours of the night with treadmills and workout equipment and there own package mailroom/mailboxes. Astoria is a beautiful place with a load of amenities with utilizes usually being $100 on top of the base rent. UNT is also just a 30 min walk away and the bus route has a stop just outside of the property.Also, if you are looking to stay earlier than July I am moving out at the end of May the only thing is the rent for the summer is $669 instead of $599 other than that everything is the same.
About the roomies
The people that stay at Astoria do vary in age range, but most are college aged and they are all quite friendly. Some are transfer students, some are from the same state and others that come from all over to stay. They even allow pets if you want to bring your bestest buddy along for the ride!
