No pets. We live in a gorgeous home in Herriman. 3600 square feet with 5 bedrooms and three baths. My husband is moving away for grad school, so only I will be living in one of the rooms. We have two smaller rooms downstairs for $650 each that share a bath, one larger bedroom upstairs with it’s own bathroom for $700 and one master bedroom with 10-foot vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous European bath and huge walk-in closet for $850. All rooms include the following utilities: water/sewer/garbage/gas/electricity/internet. We will only be renting out 3 of the available 4 rooms.

I teach full time and travel often. My mom lives next door and I come and go between houses.
