Short or Long Term - Huge bdrm with giant closet avail in spacious, beautiful, classic apt 4/1/26. It’s a 4 bdrm w 1 bdrm as an office. We have lots of art, an amazing library… comfortable couches, lots of community and/or private space. I am in health and fitness field and both Trey and I work in music industry.
1 1/2 blks from Hollywood Beach, Lincoln Park bike/running/walking path, dog park, 1 1/2 short blks from the Bryn Mawr Redline, 147 Express Bus; cafes and restaurants around the corner. Apartment is very large, lots of common space, hardwood floors, fireplace, huge patio, big back and front yard. Shared big bthrms, laundry in basement.
