Large bedroom with private en suite and walk in closet on the second floor of a house. Shared kitchen and living room. House has a shared backyard with downstairs neighbors. Off street parking. Shared washer dryer with just the unit. Gas heat and hot water. Utilities are typically $200 or less and split between roommates.

I’m currently living in this apartment and my roommates are moving out. I’m fairly quiet and have a lot of solo hobbies but do enjoy having friends over on occasion. I love to cook, do puzzles, read, craft, go to the beach, and watch silly reality shows. There are neighbors downstairs that we see very rarely. Downstairs neighbors have 2 small dogs and we share a basement and backyard with them.
