the house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room, are shared spaces. in the kitchen there’s a dishwasher, electric stove, air fryer, and kitchen aid. i have lots of other kitchen gadgets as well.

the house has high speed wifi and a driveway to park in. we’re on the end of a dead end street with very sweet neighbors:)

the house is about 45 minutes from portland and 20 minutes from augusta.

the room you’d be in has a queen sized mattress box spring pair, a one person papasan chair, and a night stand with a lamp, that can all be removed if you don’t want to use them. there is a decent sized closet and two additional little storage closets on either side of the room. the house is fully furnished :)

i do have an unfinished basement that is currently deeeeep in the swing of spring cleaning. you’re welcome to use it for storage as long as the items aren’t temperature or humidity sensitive.

TLDR; i’m a super busy 23 year old girl in paramedic school working full time plus some until august. i’m very tidy looking for a girly (ideally a student or a remote worker) without pets to help out with my baby dogs. rent is flexible if you’re willing to help with the dogs and cleaning.

first and foremost i have two very affection dogs that love all the attention. they are a bit more comfortable with women which is why i’m looking primarily for a female roommate between the ages of 21-30. my current roommate got engaged!! she’s moving out to start the next chapter of her life :) we’ve lived together for a bit over two years and have had a great friendship the whole time.

unfortunately one of my dogs can be reactive to other dogs and cats so no additional pets that aren’t confined to a tank/enclosure to keep everyone safe :) i’d like to discuss any pets just to be cautious. i also prefer the house be smoke free for their lung health but i have a porch with a table and chairs that your welcome to use :)

i am a very clean/neat person looking for a roommate who is also conscientious about cleaning. rent can be negotiated depending on what you’re able to contribute when it comes to your time (helping with the dogs and cleaning responsibilities).

i’m currently in paramedic school so i have to be out of the house a couple days a week for a long time to get my clinical hours done. in april/may im starting ride time so i will be gone for an additional 2 days a week unfortunately. i’m graduating in august and will be down to a bit more of a regular schedule. i work 24-36 hour shifts once a week on top of school related obligations.

i’m pretty outgoing and like to go with the flow when i can. i’m very respectful of boundaries and love open communication. i like to talk through any issues that arise as opposed to letting things fester. i’m a crafty girl and love to bake and cook. i’m pretty social when im out and about but i like to keep the home environment as calm and peaceful as possible. i don’t party but i appreciate the occasional game night with friends :)
