This is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The whole apartment complex is about 2 years old only, so all the appliances are kind of new. This is very very close to the I-640. It will take less than a minute to get there when you take exit 8. The apartment comes with standards appliances- dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, refrigerator, glass-top stove, etc. You will get beautiful morning sunlight in your living room. i-640 doesn’t get much traffic like I-40. I put my car on cruise when I go to downtown for office during office hours 😎 and it takes about 13 minutes from here to the market square. The community here is very nice. Never heard of any crime nearby. There’s a home depot in front of the apartment complex. Also there’s Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target with 4/5 minutes. This is a highly convenient location to move in. I’m moving out before my lease expires because I have got my own place to move now.
