The home is within 5 minute walk to UNR. We have a small living room, tv, large kitchen, 1 normal fridge, 3 mini fridges, washer & dryer, dishwasher, drive way and street parking, and a small back yard.

There is a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have a storage room in basement and a shed in the back for more storage. 3 bedrooms are in the main floor and 2 bedrooms in the basement with a shared bathroom. The available room is in the main floor and it comes with your own mini fridge.

You will have to get residential parking that is like a yearly payment of like $20/year. And for house utilities, we use Splitwise to help us keep track of water, trash, electricity, renters insurance, and energy. The way the house is basically ran is if you’re moving out you just have to find someone to take your room. We go through a property management company called Realty Boulevard, but we also have our own Roomate agreement that we follow. Each person is assigned a utility bill. You would be taking over the trash bill and again we use Splitwise to contribute our fair share of utilities. It’s a girl house only too! ✨

There is a total of 4 roommates currently. We are all in our 20s. We have two students and two young professionals. We can definitely do a FaceTime walkthrough or a in person walk through. I would want to meet you either in person, through FaceTime, or on a phone call to make sure you are pretty normal lol.
