Not only do you get a bedroom to get a huge bathroom to share with another roommate cause there are two bedrooms and I’m looking for two roommates and this is for upstairs. You also have access to the kitchen front room backyard park the garage and a parking space and also you pay half the PG&E and your rent the cable and water garbage are included.

It’s me and my boyfriend we have the bottom bedroom he’s in a wheelchair and we’re real chill people. We’re friendly like to have fun and like honest responsible communicating people, and someone that can pay rent on time and they’re half of the PG&E. We love the outdoors we’re outside a lot or go out to the beach or out rock hunting.
