Looking for a someone to take my current roommate’s place on the month-to-month lease of our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

• AC and electric heater units in each bedroom and living room
• Second floor unit
• Dishwasher, electric stove and microwave
• The building features a courtyard pool, nearby shared laundry room, and covered gated parking
• Within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, banks and other amenities
• Conveniently close to 101, 134 and 170 freeways, and metro stations

I’m an actress/model and work evenings at a restaurant, so I’m quite busy and generally keep to myself. But it would be nice to have someone to hang out at home with when I have the time! Ideal candidates have stable income and are clean, respectful adults. Most importantly: you must be ok with cats - I have two sweet boys who are cuddlers! 🐈🐈‍⬛
