About the room
The space consists of a private bedroom and adjoining bathroom (not ensuite) as well as use of a third bedroom for short term guests. There is a short hallway separating the tenant bedroom and bathroom from the shared rooms in the house.
Full use of the kitchen and utility room. Roommate will park in the driveway. There is a living room, formal dining room and breakfast room. There is a screened lanai that tenant is welcome to use and furnish. Common areas are deep cleaned once per month but both occupants must keep the common areas clean and clutter free.
Quite gated community with numerous amenities including 4 fitness clubs, multiple pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, set up for baseball and basketball. Miles of jogging/walking/riding trails. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, etc.
About the roomies
I am a quiet man aged 59. Most of my time at home is spent in my suite, which is separated from the rental room/bathroom by the living, formal dining, kitchen and breakfast rooms. I am looking for a quiet and respectful roommate on a month to month or long term basis. I will be the only roommate.
