You are conveniently attached to where the garage is as well as the laundry room. You also have your own den that I’ve been using as a second living room! This is a fantastic and quiet area. It is super walkable to the Bayou. You would also get to use any garage storage space as well as the extra bedroom. The 2nd floor is the living / dining / kitchen space. A very open and large kitchen. The 3rd floor is the master suite (other roommate) and the spare bedroom.

The person living here has a dog and a cat, she mostly keeps to herself and is usually hanging out around the house. Since you have your own space, you will almost rarely even see each other except to use the kitchen and upstairs living room!
