Take over my lease!! I’m moving in with my partner and would love to find someone to take my room by May 1st. Master bedroom in a cute 2nd floor apartment with a walk in closet and quick access to the bathroom. Apartment is a 3 bed/1 bath 1200sqft duplex in Colonial Place off of 40th St. Rent is 550+100 for water and gas. Internet and renters insurance split between roomies.
