The home is about 1,200 feet 2bed, 1 bath and large basement. Beautiful backyard with privacy. No smoking and no pets. Female only.

I live in the house alone. I’m in my mid 50’s and I’m a director for a local non profit. I work from home occasionally and would prefer a roommate that works outside of the house. I have no pets and don’t smoke. I love to work in the garden and live a very active lifestyle.
