Private spacious room with bathroom and a spacious closet in a separate level. The room also connects to a living room with a spacious baclcony, small kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and a small fridge. Technically, you will have the whole fourth level of the house. The only downside is that the room will be in the fourth level which a lot of steps until you get there. Also I have young kids who can be somewhat noisy,But they stay in lowest level mostly. All bills are included including the WiFi, gas, water, electricity. Street parking only if you have a car. Otherwise bus transportation is also available in the area. You are only allowed access to the fourth floor and the laundry room.

Occupied by one parent and young school aged kids. Mostly at home only during the weekends.
