Includes everything, internet, water, electricity, security, lawn maintenance.
About the roomies
48 year old single female, quiet, child free and pet free who stays on the first level, ranch on a basement. My home is my sanctuary, and I very rarely have visitors. I am a high school teacher and I enjoy the outdoors, singing, dancing, yoga. My current tenant is a Masters student in her mid twenties at UK. She is leaving the nest sometime this summer. Living with her has been easy. Arrangement is month to month.
