It’s a 2br apartment 1st floor apartment about 5 minutes away from downtown concord with a shared a bathroom, off-street parking, in-unit laundry and a basement for storage space.
Rent is $1650 split two ways, not including heat/electric/wifi.
I have a 9yo cat who’s pretty timid with new people but has lived with roommates/other pets and acclimates well overtime. Unsure if landlord is open to other kitties, but it’s possible with an additional pet fee. Landlord has always been flexible and easy to contact if needed.

About the roomies
I’m 30yo woman and work full time at a small nonprofit. I generally am busy on weekends, keep to myself during the week, and involved in a lot of community work. I also enjoy taking care of my garden, doing hobbies/crafts, going outside with my cat, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family
I’ve lived with roommates on/off for a long time and am respectful and easy going. Looking for someone who has experience with shared living situations and is respectful of common areas.
