Located southwest, safe and quiet neighborhood. Near schools/colleges, hospital, near 198 &99, near medical offices and industrial companies. Shared living area, pool access, kitchen acces, drive way parking, washer & dryer use. Bathroom shared.
Room furnished with queen bed, side table, storage and closet. Just bring yourself and your personal stuff.
Guest can be arranged not frequent no overnight. No party, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs. No pet.
No mail, package ok.
Payment every beginning of the month. No late payment, must be working, we’ll require last 2 recent paystub. Students welcome. Travelling professional rate is negotiable.
Utilities included -be mindful with electric use though . Month notice if you will need to leave. Clean as you go.

We are a family of 3 (kid) and a dog. Normal family life sometimes quiet sometimes loud. Mix cultural background.
