Furnished bedroom with decent size closet. Recently updated with lots of natural sunlight. Private bathroom unless guest are there. This room is located in a 3br 2 full bath house on 3ac of land so very quiet and fenced in. Full access to kitchen, laundry room, screened in game room with pool table,shuffle board,large tv ,hot tub . Atv and sxs friendly as we have trails near by. Sorry no pets. No smoking indoors but vaping is fine. Property is located close to Everglades and Golden Gate Blvd so about 20 min to I75 and downtown Naples.

About the roomies

Im a 57yr old male and have a girlfriend that lives with me. We’re laid back and not in the house alot as we have a large detached shop we hang out in alot. We love riding our Harley, atvs,and sxs when we can.
