This is located right off the 5, as a great middle point between Downtown & Hillcrest/North Park! It is a spacious apartment, with a furnished room (bed, vanity, chair, & plastic clothes drawer) included. It is a lovely, walkable neighborhood, with an incredible roommate!

There is only 1 other female living in the 2-bedroom apartment, along with her precious cat, Lily. This is a 6-month lease, then the lease will become month to month, should you decide to stay! You will need to fill out an application through the property management. No need for a deposit, you will just take over paying rent once you are ready to move in!
