Private room available in a clean, quiet apartment in the Marina 41 complex, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is on the third floor, with vaulted ceilings and some of the best natural light in the complex. The building includes great amenities such as a gym, pool, tennis courts, and a nearby basketball court. It’s also within walking distance of the main bars and restaurants.
I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, low-key roommate who values privacy and a peaceful home. Best fit would be a working professional with a busy schedule.
