Fully furnished room / utilities included in a Single family 1 story home in lower seacliff 1/2 mile from the beach with a big backyard and big pool.

If you know Huntington Beach and are around 30 you may have been to my house for 4th of July parties while my kids attended HBHS … We still have the parties, but they are under 100 people now… lol.

Looking only for a female roommate as I already have 1 female and the bathroom is shared so I will keep it that way as a courtesy to her.

If you are somewhat interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out as once someone comes here to look, it will be gone. It really is a prime location and I seem to be a good roommate / landlord as I still maintain relationships with past roomates.

I am an easy going, stable individual with my own businesses for 30 years and have lived here since 2000. My businesses are overseas and I travel frequently so I need someone in my house to monitor the house and pool and big backyard while I am away.

As long as everyone is respectful of one another…life is easy. My only real hot button is lack of respect for one another’s time and space, meaning maintaining clean shared spaces and respect the other people’s time more than your own when you plan things together.

I enjoy using the pool and have had many parties here with responsible kids and adults. You will be welcome to do the same. I love getting out when I have something to attend but can enjoy staying home equally as well with the right company. I also now enjoy spending time with my newly minted 1yo granddaughter about 2 mi away when I can.

On Saturdays, I spend the time on the beach watching my sons play flag football then on to Hurricanes for food and drinks. If you are somewhat athletic, I can easily introduce you as they are always looking for ladies that are athletic.
