• Wonderfully located on a tree-lined Pine St, just blocks away from the historical Washington Square Park and the shops and sights of South St. -Our building was built in the late 1800s, and has a lot of character!

The two bedrooms upstairs are inhabited by Joey(22) and Sydney(21). They met while attending the University of the Arts which is what brought them to Philadelphia, and have lived in the area for a few years now. Sydney is a freelance dancer and choreographer, and also works at a dance studio. Besides dance, in her free time she enjoys the outdoors, taking long walks around the city, good movies, and cooking accompanied by music. She shares these things in common with Joey, who is a multi-media artist with a core focus on animation; currently working on various projects with local galleries and venues in Philly/New Jersey. As roommates we’re both easy going, friendly, and considerate. We like to hang out in the living room and have movie nights with snacks :)) We’re not super heavy drinkers/smokers, and would prefer someone who isn’t either.
