My roommate and I are looking to fill the last room in our 3 bed/ 3 bath townhouse in Canton near Patterson Park.

The room is 12x15 with its own bathroom for $800/month plus utilities. It’s located on the lower level of the house, giving you a bit of extra privacy from the main living space.

Available starting April 1! We’re looking for someone, preferably female, who is interested in moving sooner rather than later (ideally before May). No pets please as we already have two cats.

About the place: It’s 1800 square feet with an in unit washer/dryer, plus a two car parking pad. The room isn’t furnished, but the rest of the house pretty much is.
About the roomies
My roommate and I are 23 and 25. We’re both young professionals (nurse and marketing) who are overall quiet and clean, but enjoy going out occasionally. We’re definitely hoping to make more friends! If you’re interested, please send us a message :)
