Private room for one person w/d in unit no smoking Shared bath with 1 person (male)

Single room for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house on the NE side of Santa Rosa. The room will be available after 3/20 (move in date is flexible) and rent is $975 plus utilities (at around $200 a month). There is a $1000 security deposit. The house has a washer and dryer in the garage. We have a small dog and cannot have additional pets. Spring lake/Annadel and Whole Foods are in walking distance from the house.

This is a home you’re renting not just a room. We are respectful of each other’s space. Guests are allowed, but they should not be seen as a 4th roommate. When messaging tell us a little about yourself (student/professional, what you do in your free time etc.)

You will be sharing the house with two other working professionals who work in the wine industry. Male mid 20s and female mid 30s.
