Walking distance to everything 1 mile from PCH location is everything here. My place is very beautifully decorated, except your room will need a bed. You will have private entry into your room. You will have your own parking spot and it’s gated community. It’s available within a week, but if it’s needed earlier, I’m willing to negotiate.

You will just be living with me and I have a small rescue cat who basically is outside during the day and sleeps with me at night. I am 54 years old. I have raised four children who have moved on and I’m looking to be able to share our space and be friends.
