This is a beautifully furnished 12x12 bedroom located on the 2nd floor of my home. There is a private bath and toilet on this floor. The bed is a King size Tempurpedic adjustable bed. The room has a large TV with air channels only. We do not have cable. The property is very close to access of Route 495 and Route 95 and is very close to gas stations and shopping. Parking is off street and there is room for your car. the room has a ceiling fan/light as well as a window air conditioner. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.

My wife and I live and own the property. She had a stroke about 1 year ago so she only uses the 1st floor for sleeping, eating, bathing and exercising. we are both in our 70s but we are a young 70s.
