My name is Maria, I’m an artist, activist and entrepreneur who has been hosting roommates since 2014. I am hopeful to find someone who values a peaceful, clean and cohesive environment with regard for community, mindfulness and creativity. Presently, I am signed on a lease here until August 2026 and plan on going month to month till I’m ready to move abroad. At that time, the apartment can be signed over to prospective roomie/s. I will also be selling nearly all of my possessions to make this move, therefore this poses a unique opportunity to aquire many of the furnishings, art or other household items seen here in these photos. The other bedroom is occupied by a kind and thoughtful young gent who has two cats. They are both well trained and he is very diligent about their care and cleanliness. Keep in mind that I’m open to short and long term living arrangements and I look forward to answering any questions you may have.
