Bedroom FOR RENT with shared bathroom (with one of the roommates) in a house with 2 existing roommates and a dog and cat!

Laundry and dryer, dishwasher, Central air and heat, front porch and backyard, quiet street and neighborhood but close to the bus and commuter rail. The common areas are the entire first floor with the kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry and a half bath.

Bedroom has 3 windows facing the street and the west - so lots of sunlight! Hardwood floors and a closet. Bathroom is on the same floor and shared with one roommate (other roommate has an en-suite).

2 roommates work- one is a baker, one is a dental assistant. The dog and cat belong to the baker (me) they are wonderful sweethearts but will try their best to become your friend. We keep the house pretty clean and organized, we enjoy hanging out together. I (the baker) enjoy cooking for everyone sometimes, we like to walk the dog together or run to Costco together to get communal house supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) We try to schedule full cleanings for the communal spaces every 2 weeks but we also tend to vacuum and swifter the floors as needed. Generally everything is picked up and organized after ourselves but we very chill. One roommate enjoys planting things outside in the summer too.
