Big kitchen, dinning room and living room area. Located in Waterbury, near downtown and brass mill. Our side of the Neighborhood is quiet and drama free. Mostly families with children. It is a 3 family home. Apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Would need proof of income, background check, atleast one previous reference of rental history or talk to me about it. Utilities and are gas, internet and electric.
