Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to sublet the second room of ocean front apartment starting January 1st.
Apartment: ⁃ Rent: $1750 plus electric and internet(normally 20-30 per month per person) ⁃ Lease until July 1 with option to re-sign ⁃ 2 bed 1 bath ⁃ Ocean views from every room ⁃ Right across the street from Carson Beach and the boardwalk that runs from Castle Island to Quincy ⁃ <15 minute walk to Andrew Square and West Broadway T station and all restaurants, shopping, coffee shops along West/East broadway ⁃ Furnished common spaces, the furnished bedroom is mine but pictures to show how much furniture fits, dishwasher, free shared in unit laundry ⁃ Garage or outdoor parking available through building, also plenty of street parking with South Boston resident permit ⁃ No indoor smoking/vaping
Looking for a clean and considerate roommate around the same age! Must be LGBTQ+ friendly

About the roomies
About me: I am a 34 year old Oceanographer. I travel a decent amount for work so you will have the place to yourself during those times. When I am home I work 8-5 in the office twice a week and from home the rest of the week. I will occasionally host a few people, but mostly keep it pretty peaceful at home. I am an active snowboarder, hiking, rollerblading, swimming, etc.
