Mature Roommate Wanted
Inviting women who are interested in living in Watertown, MA to email me to set up an interview (both ways). The apartment is a first-floor, cozy, 2-bedroom apartment with parking, laundry and some basement storage space. At the end of the street is a #71 bus stop on Mt. Auburn Street. The move-in date is available starting in June, 2026.

The responsible landlord and family live upstairs. You would need to fill out an application for the landlord and if approved, make a deposit along with first month’s rent of $1,475, totaling $2,950. We split the utilities with each of us having at least one bill in our name.

I’m mature, fun-loving, joyous, open-minded and welcoming to women of diverse backgrounds. My intention is to create a friendly, supportive, collaborative relationship as roommates, sharing the responsibilities of chores and bills. I live a healthy lifestyle, a non-smoker, a light drinker, a regular exerciser and active in my Spiritualist church.
