Large custom built two story house in an older established neighborhood. Tenant will have use of private bedroom and bathroom in fully furnished rooms. Tenant only person upstairs and I live downstairs. I am semi-disabled and live in the den with 3 rescue chihuahuas. Laundry, kitchen, wi-fi, and parking available. No cable TV. Looking for an older (55+) retired or professional lbgt friendly male resident. House is close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Located in northwest Houston off FM 1960 and Ella. Minutes away to IAH Airport.
About the roomies
Retired homeowner is the only other resident and lives downstairs and tenant will live upstairs. Semi-private entry included for tenant. Homeowner enjoys cooking, yard work, and home maintenance. Some assistance from tenant would be helpful.
