Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into my apartment with me here in Wethersfield. It’s a really nice, spacious spot on the top floor, so it’s super quiet since there’s nobody living above us. The room is unfurnished, but it’s got a lot of windows with a really cool view of a small river nearby and its own closet. The rest of the apartment has a big living room, a balcony for hanging out, and a full kitchen. You’d just be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me. Rent is $750, and honestly, the best part is that heat and water are already included—which is a huge deal in the winter! For laundry, there are washers and dryers within walking distance that are about $2 a wash. There’s also off-street parking available for $20 a month. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and safe.

I take pride in my living space—I’m very clean and organized, especially in shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and taking care of my health/fitness.
