roommates wanted! i have 2 bedrooms available, both with private baths. master bedroom available and a finished basement room. both rooms have big closets. preferably female for cleanliness. cats are allowed, i love cats. i’ll do first month free if you think it’s a good fit for you. the rooms look a little rough but if you want to move in i’ll remodel before you do. im a clean person. so all i ask is you be the same. $400 a month. questions, just shoot me a message.
About the roomies
it’s just me who lives here. i’m a 23 year old guy for reference. i work remote as well. i’m laid back, mainly just want someone who will keep it clean, im clean so that’s really all i ask. i have a cat so others cat would be more than welcome and maybe a small dog.
