Available June 1st, $1100/mo (includes everything but wifi and electric) I have lived here for a year and am very happy. The landlord is local and helpful… plus he isn’t one of the terrible rental companies in Boulder. The location is 30ish minutes from CU and nearby multiple bus stops. The living area will be mostly furnished, but lots of kitchen and storage space. The bedroom is completely unfurnished. LGBTQ+ friendly and a comfy/quiet space. Pros:
