Looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful individual to share a house with. The room does not include a private bathroom, however, we are only renting to one person so you will essentially have it to yourself. You will have full access to washer and laundry. Utilities are all included.

The property is located:

• 5 minutes from River City Marketplace (shopping, dining, groceries, gym, entertainment)
• 5 minutes from I-95 and Route 17
• 15 minutes from JAX International Airport
• 20 minutes from Downtown JAX
• 30 minutes from the beach
• 35 minutes from NSB Kings Bay and NAS Jax

Requirements:

• No prior criminal history
• Stable income
• $150 refundable deposit
