House has been fully renovated with all updated electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and even brand new high—efficiency windows.
Rent is $690 per month and INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES (high-speed cable internet, electricity, and water). Also included is the use of the washer and dryer.
Kitchen appliances include range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
Also included is one free storage room available in the basement (basement is dry and independently climate controlled).

About the roomies
The current people living here are myself and Brett. I am an accountant commuting to Franklin for work and Brett work on power lines. We are both clean, respectful, and considerate. We am looking for someone who matches those qualities.
